- Inspire and connect with potential foster families through community events and outreach
- Champion foster & adoptive families with regular visits, support, and resources, lead engaging, hands-on foster parent training classes

Therapeutic Skill Builders

This role assists youth in adjusting to foster care or integrating into a pre-adoptive home. It employs techniques and models to support growth, behavioral change, and skill development for children with trauma.

An internship at Families Thrive Inc. gives students practical experience with foster youth, their birth families, and foster parents, allowing them to apply their social work skills as they prepare for their future careers after graduation.
